Just hopping by to say that I truly love your avatar... Totoro for ever! ;)

Gosh... got to go. I just rubbed my eye. I've forgotten I just cut some red hot chili peppers for cooking... Crying like hell...

Just hopping by to say hello and that it really feels nice to know that there are people who try to think and who agree to speak their mind, listen to other peoples and so on.

Hi there!

Well, thank you for opening up some threads. It's always nice to share some points of views.

By the way, I try to be a christian, even though most people who know me usually are surprised to know this. Being christian is not about going to the mass and being afraid of God, it's more about having hope, trying to be honest with yourself and others and finally recognizing what's great around you. But that's the same thing with quite a good deal of religions...

Empathy, if my memory is right means 'to understand the feelings', or more accurately, 'to understand the pain.' It is a rare gift that only few people have. It may be hard to carry at times, but it can lead to the greatest achievements. It can be used for your own benefit, but then empathy looses its brightness, just as a mirror kept in a dark room ends up stained by the dust.

Don't forget the initial meaning of empathy: to help you understand other people's feelings. It is a rare gift. Those who have it can make grow the most beautiful flowers in the hearts of those who need them. Past tears can become future's flowers with the help of those who can understand the suffering soul. And for the one who can understand the heppiest souls, then there is no joy they could not grasp, no mountain too high, no colours too bright...

May you be able to hear other people's laughter and to feel their elation. And may you ba able to find calming words for those who need them...

Aimer, c'est trouver sa richesse hors de soi. (French version)
To love, it is to find its richness out of oneself. (Broadly speaking English)

Thanks for opening threads in the first place ;)
I simply hope I'm not digressing too much.
A la prochaine...

Once again, thank you for your post. It was really interesting.
May people try to speak and to understand each other's point of view before making their mind on specific problems...

There are great people everywhere, just as there are really stupid ones. And it's not because you hear about the stupid ones more often that you must think that everyone from this or that country / religion is stupid too. Thank you for reminding this fact to some people.

Quote by T-kunMaido! Just want to say thanks for your reply on my thread! I kope you don´t feel targeted because of my question. Have a nice week!^^

Don't worry about that, it's hard to make feel targeted by anything ;) If people shared their opinions calmly and with an open mind, there would definitely be less misunderstandings and problems.

Have a nice week :)
